We had a wonderful stay in a central location near the beach and shops, and we would definitely come back again for another stay.

A bathtub, a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets available. Setting close enough to the centre of Filey, Railway Station, and the beach. Btw, located to street close by. Nice drinks at The Star, nestled 100 m away.

My bed was comfortable. It was located in a fairly quiet area very close to the train station.

Excellent location not far from the centre of Filey, the beach, shops, and train station. A lot of places to eat nearby, including Golden River. Quiet atmosphere and convenient amenities like a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets available.

The location was perfect, being close to a lovely art gallery, and the bathroom was spacious with a bathtub.

The location of Trout Cottage is prime, right next to the beach and Filey. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I had a nice sleep. The private bathroom and quiet atmosphere were perfect. It's in the center of town and conveniently near The Star, the best spot for evening drinks.

Our stay at Trout Cottage was fantastic. The cottage itself was beautifully presented and impeccably clean. We found everything we needed during our stay, from complimentary coffee and tea to shower gels and shampoo. The location was perfect, with easy parking right outside the cottage. Although the stairs to the bedroom were steep, it didn't affect us, but it might be difficult for those with mobility issues. we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Trout Cottage and would highly recommend it for a cozy getaway.

We had a lovely stay at Trout Cottage. Its location was marvellous and unbeatable, just 1 km from Crescent Gardens. Plus, it was conveniently close to the beach, the center, and shops.

Comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Very modern and clean with all the necessary amenities. - Convenient central location. - Parking available directly outside. - Very welcoming with complimentary tea, coffee, and chocolates on arrival.

Very steep stairs, which can be challenging for families with small children or older individuals. Living space is a bit cramped and could benefit from more natural light.

Our Christmas getaway here was great! We really liked having our own private bathroom. The amenities like a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge were really convenient and made our stay even better 😊.

We stayed at a beautiful little cottage in a great central location. It was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The complimentary coffee, tea, shower gels, and shampoo were a lovely touch. We were able to park our Citroen C4 right outside the cottage. we had a fantastic stay at Trout Cottage in Filey and would highly recommend it as our top choice for accommodation.
